Vendor shall provide all labor, equipment, and materials necessary to perform the following services on an as-needed basis: 1. Concrete Striping Services a. Includes layout, surface prep, and painting of markings on concrete surfaces. 2. Post Relocation Services a. Includes removal of existing signposts, digging new holes, and reinstalling posts at new locations. 3. Sign Post Removal a. Safe extraction and disposal or storage of existing signposts. 4. Dig and Install New Posts a. Includes labor and materials for digging and placing signposts (may include concrete footings). 5. Signage Installation a. Installation of signs on various surfaces such as posts, walls, fences, or buildings. 6. Pavement Marking Services a. Includes but not limited to application of various surface markings including thermoplastic stop bars, wet paint markings, lane striping, directional arrows, calming devices, etc. 7. Pressure Washing Services a. General cleaning of walkways, signage, concrete surfaces, and other site areas as needed. 8. Parking Lot ADA Compliance a. Upgrade of parking lots to meet ADA standards by re-striping spaces, installing compliant signage, correcting slopes, and modifying ramps. All work adheres to current ADA regulations to ensure accessibility and safety. 9. Concrete, asphalt and sealcoating a. Concrete repair and replacement, asphalt patching and resurfacing, and sealcoating to extend pavement life. All work will be performed to industry standards, ensuring durability, safety, and a clean, professional finish.
