The City of Hot Springs, Arkansas, is accepting bids for work to be performed as described in the scope of work on behalf of the Utilities Department. The work involves labor and materials to improve the supply building and install a new pole barn. The following specifications describe the minimum requirements for this project. Supply Building Improvements Concrete rear section of building approximately 100’ long and 30’ wide. Remove existing 36” exterior door and install 10’ x 10’ rollup door to allow forklift access to a new section of the building. Enclose the rear of the building to match the existing siding; it should be approximately 100’ long and 20’ high. Install a 15’ x 14’ garage door on a new exterior wall. Install a 36’ door on a new exterior wall. Install chain link fence approximately 30’ x 10’ on the North end of the new concreted section, with an access gate. Install a gas heater in the new section of the building. See diagram under the attachments tab. New Pole Barn Build a new building approximately 70’ x 30’ with a red iron frame and match the exterior with the existing Supply Building. Enclose three sides with front open.
