SERVICE REQUIREMENTS a. The appropriate testing of the alarm dialers will be conducted as per industry standard and code requirements. b. The successful vendor is responsible for dispatching a technician to reprogram the panel at each location with the new monitoring codes, reprogram the phone number in the dialer and send test signals to every zone on the panel. All bidders are required to provide a unit cost per site on the proposal for this cost. c. With due cause and prior authorization from the FCPS contract administrator, the successful vendor may monitor locations directly. d. Maintain proper registration with the State of Maryland and Frederick County with regards to licensing. e. Follow all federal, state and local guidelines and laws regarding surveillance monitoring. f. On-line internet access individual school account information, to include detailed incident information. g. Monitor intrusion, fire, and elevator alarm systems, 24 hour a day, 7 days a week, and 365 days a year. (See Attachment 1: Alarm Monitoring Locations and Services Required) h. Notification of the appropriate local authorities when alarms are received. i. Notification of the staff listed on the Alarm Call Out List (See Attachment 2: Call Out List Form) for each location in a prioritized order. j. Central alarm toll free phone number to contact central alarm 24-hurs a day. k. Day time availability of customer service representative. l. Prompt notification of the FCPS staff Safety and Emergency Management designee when an account is in run-away mode. Remuneration may be assessed only upon mutual agreement of the Contractor and FCPS contract administrator.
