1. Repair sunken driveway area at small teacher parking lot 2. See pictures (pgs 4-5) 3. Remove existing asphalt and dispose of off site 4. Install gravel base to ensure level driveway 5. Install 2” binder 6. Install 2” surface mix 7. Approximate Dimensions 24’L x 20”W (Contractor is responsible for exact measurements) 8. Area is marked with white paint 9. Site visit available upon request. 10. Invoice must be submitted within 30 days of work being completed. 11. Before leaving each day, site must be cleaned up and all trash disposed of off-site. 12.
