VIRTUAL CAMPUS TOUR ONLINE PLATFORM SPECIFICATIONS, MAINTENANCE, & SERVICE NEEDS: 1. BCC’s current Campus Tour online platform is HTML5-based format. 2. The current Campus Tour online platform is customizable and the Contractor should be able to assist with various production elements that BCC staff may need assistance with. These production elements may include: a. Posting new guide videos and/or coordinated slideshows. b. Editing and adjusting platform graphics as necessary. c. Uploading various other media items such as photos, videos, video clips, panoramic images, etc. d. Ensuring that both video and/or slideshow narration and music are operating properly. e. Script writing and script revisions. 3. The current Campus Tour online platform that BCC is using contains interactive 3D Vector Campus Maps and the Contractor will be required to assist BCC staff with any 3D Map edits that may be needed. 4. The Contractor is required to deliver 3D Campus Maps to relevant BCC staff for final review/approval. BCC staff will confirm these 3D Implied Campus Maps are accurate representations of BCC buildings, facilities, etc. before final approval to upload is given to the Contractor. 5. The relevant BCC staff will determine what locations should be highlighted in the Virtual Campus Tour, and if requested to do so, the Contractor shall write video scripts to go with each chosen location. BCC will have the ability to modify or edit suggested scripts to match their needs for the final product. 6. The Contractor should help ensure the BCC Campus Tour final product is accessible on mobile devices and computers and provide support for accessibility and meet WCAG 2.1 standards...
