Purpose Parkland Health is seeking sealed bids from qualified vendors to provide Satellite Television Service throughout designated areas of the hospital. The goal is to offer patients, visitors, and staff access to high-quality, reliable TV programming. Service Areas Television service is required in the following areas: Patient Rooms. Waiting Areas. Staff Lounges and Break Rooms. Conference and Training Rooms. 2. Channel Lineup: Minimum of 48 channels high-definition, including: Local broadcast networks (ABC, NBC, CBS, FOX, PBS). Major cable channels (CNN, ESPN, Discovery, History, etc.). Channels are non-premium and non-subscription. Channels must function with the Technicolor COMxxxx series of headend systems such as the COM1000, COM2000, etc. Channels must be unencrypted and must be accessible on the internal Parkland network via regular IP multicast streaming protocols with no additional hardware requirements...
