The objective of thisscope ofservicesisto conduct an audit of the District’s 2016 Sanitary Sewer Management Plan (SSMP) and update that SSMP to reflect any deficiencies found in that audit and in accordance with the new 2022 SSS WDR. The audit willserve asthe District’s End of Required Three Year Audit Period, August 2022‐ August 2025. The audit shall be appropriately scaled to the size of the District’s collection system, number of spills and must have District staff involved in completing the audit. Consultant must provide the final audit report to the District by January 25, 2026, so staff can upload the report to the CIWQS Sanitary Sewer System Database by February 2, 2026. The final updated SSMP must be provided to the District by May 25, 2026. This allows ample time for staff to obtain District Board approval of the updated SSMP before submitting it to the State Water Board in compliance with the 2022 SSS WDR
