Contract No. 2025-01 consists of the installation of approximately 175 linear feet of storm pipe varying in size from 12” to 18”, installation of 5 precast concrete storm inlets, 2,700 square yards of milling and paving, site restoration, appurtenances, and all related work. Work under this contract shall include all materials, equipment, supplies, and labor for the construction as shown and specified in the Contract Documents. The project is located in Lykens Borough, Dauphin County, PA. This project is being financed in part by a Community Development Block Grant (CDBG) administered by Dauphin County Department of Community and Economic Development Office and as such, the obligations imposed on the Owner by the financing agency shall apply to and be acceptable to the successful bidder and contractors assigned to the project.
