a) Mobilization to the site and staging. b) Material purchase and installation of temporary erosion and sediment control measures per the approved Erosion and Sediment Control Plan. c) Demolition and site preparation for proposed project items; including land clearing and rough grading, per the plan drawings and specifications. d) Material purchase and installation of the Park Kiosk, including concrete, stone, and rebar; per the plan drawings and specifications. e) Coordination with playground installer and remove 9” of topsoil and provide a flat earthen surface area at the playground location so the playground installer may install all footings, gravel base, and rubber mulch. f) Material purchase and installation of the Concrete Pad(s), per the plan drawings and specifications. g) Material purchase and installation of the Concrete Trail, per the plan drawings and specifications. h) Coordination with Waymart Borough to receive, assemble, and install picnic tables, and trash receptacles, per the plan drawings and specifications. i) Installation of the plantings on site, per the plan drawings and specifications. j) Material purchase and milling and paving of the Asphalt Parking Area, per the plan drawings and specifications. k) Material purchase and installation of the ADA Parking Sign, Paint, and Precast Vehicle Wheel Stops, per the plan drawings and specifications. l) Final topsoil grading, rolling, seeding, and mulching of any remaining disturbed area. m) The removal of all construction materials; including all temporary erosion and sediment control BMPs.
