Surface area is 22,598 Square feet. 1) This area is to begin at the Trolley stop at Market Street in front of the John Sealy Towers to main entrance cleaning all small sidewalks, large walkways, planters walls, and benches to Main entrance. 2) Main entrance part of cleaning is to include all three entrance points to building, paver area, benches, light poles, and drive area under canopy. 3) The west walkway to M012 Administration planters cleaning large walkways, benches, and planter walls. 4) M012 Administration building west side to M069 Parking Garage area is to include planter boxes, all planter walls, west entrances to Administration building, handicap ramp, small sidewalk to building, area to bollards, and east and west entrances to elevator lobby. 5) To be cleaned on Sunday, Tuesday and Thursday every week ( 156 cleanings). 4.3.2 Job Set 2 Trauma 1st and 2nd levels cleaning description is as follows. Surface area 7,037 Square feet. 1) 1st level area to be cleaned is from the entrance north to handicap ramp in sidewalk and from west sidewalk at stairs to east sidewalk stairs. Clean stairs, sidewalks, railings, walls and handicap ramps. 2) 2nd level area to be cleaned is from building to gutter drain in road area and from east wall to west wall. Clean concrete, entrances, sidewalks and rinse windows. 3) To be cleaned once a week (52 cleanings). 4.3.3 Job Set 3 M063-700 University Blvd east and west entrances. Surface area is 4,209 Square feet. 1) Clean west entrance from building to street sidewalk and from north side of entrance to south side of entrance. Clean entrance, sidewalks, driveway area, pavers near street. 2) Clean east entrance and ramp. 3) To be cleaned once a month (12 cleanings).
