Significant experience in Exterior Temporary Tent Services work, servicing urban clients (downtown Minneapolis) and major events. In-house capacity to provide management, coordination, and scheduling for the required completion of this scope, including supplying and setting up temporary perimeter tents around the Stadium. U.S. Bank Stadium is an active venue hosting a variety of events during the course of this Project’s construction schedule. Event logistics and event programs take precedence over scope activities. Close coordination with scope activities that create noise and limit access to spaces will be paramount. Must be available and on call 24 hours a day with any problems that need to be addressed or an emergency site visit. The tents should be a strong canopy that can withstand severe weather. The contractor should submit a bid on the following tent sizes: o Ticketmaster Entry Tent: 20’x 40’ o Ecolab Entry Tent: 30’ x 90’ o Upper Pentair Tent: 30’ x 60’ o Legacy/Medtronic Tents: 4- 30’ x 90’ We would like the tents to remain in place throughout the entire season (if that lowers our costs) and only take down the tent if absolutely needed. The only tents that possibly will come down throughout the season are the Legacy Gate tents, located on the Medtronic Plaza. The schedule below outlines when the tents will be in place. This is subject to change and future annual schedules will be communicated by June 30 of each year.
