1. Robertsdale Brats Robertsdale Metal Roof Restoration a. Scrape loose sealants and mastics, pressure wash existing roof. b. Repair damaged sheet metal trim and/or gutters. c. Apply sealant and mastic reinforcement at fasteners, laps and curbs. d. Apply two coats elastomeric coating throughout. 2. Comm. at Admin “A” Bay Minette Gravel BUR Restoration a. Spud back and remove gravel from roof surface. b. Remove & replace internal drain assemblies. c. Repair or replace unbonded perimeter membrane stripping. d. Install new flood coat & gravel. 3. Comm. at Admin “B” Bay Minette Mod Bit Restoration a. Reinforce laps then install asphaltic polyurethane coating over entire roof area surfaced with standard granules. b. Reinforce ponding locations. c. Repair or replace vertical membrane flashing per Plans and Specifications. d. Apply sealant to metal edge throughout. 4. Comm. at Admin “D” Bay Minette Shingle Reroof a. Remove existing shingle roof to deck. b. Replace deteriorated deck, mechanically fasten 3/8” plywood. c. Repair or replace “sagging beam”. c. Install synthetic underlayment and self adhering membrane as specified. d. Install new sheet metal flashing throughout. e. Install new 3-tab architectural laminate 30 year shingles with 6 nails per shingle. 5. Bay Minette Probate Bay Minette Mod Bit Restoration a. Reinforce laps then install asphaltic polyurethane coating over entire roof area surfaced with standard granules. b. Repair or replace vertical membrane flashing per Plans and Specifications. c. Apply sealant to metal edge throughout. 6. Fairhope Courthouse “A” Bay Minette Mod Bit Reroof a. Remove existing membrane roof to the deck. c. Install new polyiso, crickets, and drain sumps. d. Install new one-half inch (½”) gypsum coverboard mechanically fastened. e. Install new PT lumber at perimeters. f. Install new 2ply cold process mod bit. g. Install new metal edge and sheet metal flashing. h. Follow manufacturer’s details as required for warranty. 7. Fairhope Courthouse “C” Bay Minette Mod Bit Reroof a. Remove existing membrane roof to the deck. c. Install new polyiso, crickets, and drain sumps. d. Install new one-half inch (½”) gypsum coverboard mechanically fastened. f. Install new 2ply cold process mod bit. g. Install new coping and sheet metal flashing. h. Follow manufacturer’s details as required for warranty.
