From time to time, the Authority may have a need for an Engineering Consultant to assist in: 3.1.1 Renewal, modification, and/or insurance of compliance with both USEPA and NJDEP air pollution regulations. This would include all existing air pollution permits for all of the CMCMUA Facilities listed. 3.1.2 Provide the Authority with evaluation reports as needed for the landfill gas collection system. This shall include design and Bid documents for work on the collection system. 3.1.3 Assist the Authority in the evaluation of possible purchase and procurement of items that make-up the landfill gas collection system (i.e.: enclosed candle stick flare, sulfur scrubber, condensate sumps, etc.) It is expected that the Consultant's staff will have experience in landfill gas collection systems and at least one (1) member of the consultant's staff be a Professional Engineer licensed in New Jersey. 3.1.4 Assist the Authority in verifying compliance with testing, record retention and reporting required under both State and Federal Air Quality Regulations.
