Provide all labor and materials necessary for complete installation of new water softener system and provide a new water softening system meeting all salient characteristics of the solicitation. Vertical pressure type water softener system completes with pressure vessel, softening resin, control valve, brine maker and electronic controller. The system will be of an approved design as fabricated by a manufacturer regularly engaged in the production of water treatment equipment. All equipment and material will be supplied in compliance with the specifications as intended for a complete and operational system. Qualified manufacturers of water softener equipment must have been engaged in the manufacture of this equipment as per master plumber recommendations. The system must be skid-mounted in (2) sections with all interconnecting piping complete and flanges between the (2) sections. Inlet and outlet pipes of the water softener must match the diameter of the water supply piping at the location where the softener will be installed. The system must automatically send a signal to fill when regeneration is completed. The water softener must have a capacity to cover the facility needs as per existing water distribution for all units included laundry and maintenance areas.
