1. Provide all necessary labor, equipment, and materials to perform as-needed structural repairs on the Pier, including but not limited to replacement of stringers, deck boards, piles, and posts, as well as other essential structural components. Required equipment may include pneumatic tools, saws, floor jacks, excavators, cranes, and other specialized equipment as necessary. 2. Supply and install new stringers sized 3" x 14" x 22', 4" x 14" x 22', and other specified wood sizes in compliance with the City's requirements. 3. Supply and install new deck boards of various sizes in compliance with the City's requirements. 4. Perform additional repairs as needed, including addressing any identified structural deficiencies such as pile cap reinforcement, bracing installation, or other critical infrastructure work. 5. Ensure all stringers and deck boards are constructed using Grade 1 Douglas Fir lumber or an equivalent wood type suitable for marine and pier applications. 6. Provide nail patrol services on an as-needed basis.
