Cleaning, conservation, repair, and restoration of the 200 +/- slate, marble, or granite headstones dating from the 18th century of varying conditions (discolored and/or leaning/fallen and/or broken) in the historic Joseph Davis Cemetery on Faunce Corner Road. This work shall return the stones to cleaned and upright condition on their bases with the least alteration to their historic appearance. Cleaning may not use pressure washing and must adhere to archival standards. Restoration of some bases will be necessary. The work must start in Summer 2025 and be completed by the end of July 2026. Submitters should provide a detailed treatment proposal, evidence of past performance in similar projects, and resumes of personnel indicating their specialized training and experience.; Contractor is responsible for all equipment and materials required to perform installation.; Contractor must have proper OSHA training.
