Procure local city permits, any permits/approval fees will be handled on a time and material basis and meet and coordinate the inspection process. Structural concreate slabs (2) 24 x 11’ slabs with 5” thickness with 12” thick perimeter ring and (2) 12” thick footings. The material should be 3000 PSI & ¾ aggregate including wire mesh. Furnish and install pressure treated lumber, galvanized hangers and fasteners and T1-11 primed siding. PVC trim, rakes, and corner boards. Furnish and install clean backfill for under, around, and on top of the new piping and then backfill the remainder of the trench with native material if its suitable for reuse.
