The objective of this assessment is to conduct a comprehensive analysis of DHS-SSA’s current organizational structure, operational and performance functions, and levels of staffing around specific challenges identified. The analysis shall result in actionable recommendations that SSA will be able to implement and will deliver demonstrable improvements in operations and performance.
