Project Description The City plans to drill three new municipal water supply wells starting this year, 2025, and complete the third well by March 2026. These will become the City’s Wells 18, 19, and 20. The bid package for this project is planned for distribution to the Qualified Candidates in August 2025. The estimated drilling contract completion is March 2026. The Project consists of borehole drilling, construction, and development of three nominal 16-inch and 18-inch diameter wells utilizing reverse-circulation drilling methods. The well construction details are still being refined. The final designs will be based upon previous exploration drilling and monitoring well construction at each site (by others), and the final well designs will be included within the project bid package that is distributed to potential bidders.
