A. Polymers must be emulsion-type only, readily and completely miscible in water at all dilutions and temperatures, and capable of being diluted to any ratio needed to meet dosage requirements. B. The product must be a cationic copolymer of acrylamide. The product must contain no formaldehyde. Active solids concentration must be a minimum of 40%. C. The polymer materials must have a shelf life of at least six months at ambient temperatures. D. The polymer materials, in both concentrated and diluted form, must not require special handling or pose hazards to employees who handle them. E. The polymer must not contain any substances that are inhibitory or toxic to bacteria essential to wastewater treatment processes.
