The MIA requires assistance with the development, preparation, validation, administration, revision, , and scoring of examinations to be administered, both at a testing center and remotely, to candidates for certain license classes and lines of authority in both English and Spanish, as well as with the development of Examination Content Outlines for each of the examination types, candidate bulletins, and collection of the State application fee. In addition, the selected contractor will be responsible for ensuring the MIA’s Examination Content Outline and examination questions for each of the examination types listed below is accurate and current at all times. The Contractor may also be required to develop new Examination Content Outlines and examination questions from time to time, as may be necessitated, for example, by a change in the statutory or is otherwise in the State’s best interest, as determined in the sole discretion of the State Contract Monitor.
