• Engineering plan reviews for subdivisions and commercial/industrial development with respect to all engineering disciplines including, but not limited to, stormwater; water supply and delivery; wastewater disposal; traffic; geotechnical; environmental including air, water, and noise; etc. • Value engineering studies for various Town projects. • Development plan review. • Design of Town utilities, drainage, roads, and other construction projects. • Preparation of bid specifications related to engineering or construction services. • Review of miscellaneous capital improvement plans and projects. • Review, revision or development of engineering-related regulations and ordinances. • Rate studies for Town utility and other services. • Construction administration and/or inspection services. • Peer review of various engineering and/or architectural plans studies, surveys and/or reports. • Consulting support for Town at public meetings and in legal proceedings.
