The scope of services shall include, but are not limited to, the following tasks: 1. Brand Development and Strategy continuation a. Collaborate with the Tourism Manager and Contracted website development team to define brand messaging, b. Develop campaign themes and seasonal promotions. c. Create marketing assets that reflect the county’s identity and values. 2. Social Media Management a. Maintain and grow TDA social media accounts (Facebook, Instagram, YouTube, others as relevant). b. Create and publish original content (graphics, reels, event coverage, stories). c. Produce monthly analytics reports and content calendars. 3. Digital and Print Advertising a. Develop ads and promotional materials for use on digital platforms, in print, and in physical locations. b. Provide input on targeting strategies, budget allocations, and media buys. c. Create rack cards, brochures, and ads for tourism guidebooks and other publications.
