Total of 23 ft; 4. 13 ft tall by 18 ft wide double sliding door placed on the south; side of the building (facing toward the campground); 5. 15 ft tall to the edge of the roof; 6. Roof pitch of 4/12 with cantilever roof panel 6 inches past siding on eaves; 7. 3 ft wide steel insulated door placed on southeast side of the building, (facing the creek); 8. 26-gauge steel for sides and for roof; 9. Concrete apron in front of the main doorway extending the length of the doorway (18ft) and out 6 ft. 10. Concrete landing in front of the side door, 3ft x 3 ft. Electrical: 1. Electrical panel with 100 Amp service; 2. 2 sets of lights placed on beams; 3. 2 sets of duplex GFCI outlets placed on each support pole on long side of building (5 per side); Alternate #1: Fill Added for the Eden Valley Shed: • 6 feet of fill to be added • Suitable filling material free of deleterious materials, vegetation and any hazardous substances must be used. • Must be added in 1 ft lifts and compacted using a sheepsfoot roller until roller walks out, then next layer can be placed. • The contractor shall provide water onsite necessary for compaction as directed by the owner. • 50ft by 70ft pad with 4:1 side slope off the edge. Alternate #2: Replace double sliding door with motorized overhead door with electric opener
