Requested services include but are not limited to: project organization and management, field surveys, environmental documentation, public involvement, environmental permitting, environmental compliance, traffic analysis & design, subsurface utility engineering (SUE), structural design, bridge load ratings, roadway structures, roadway design, hydrology and hydraulic design, geotechnical investigations and engineering, hazardous material surveys and reports, utility coordination, railroad coordination, construction phase services, pipe and culvert inspection, design adjustment and other related duties deemed necessary. SCDOT intends to select and negotiate a contract with one consultant team for development of these projects. The project team should be capable of providing all services outlined above.
