1.1.Contractor shall provide concrete sealant services for Orange County Transportation Authority (OCTA)-owned facilities including maintenance and/or operations bases, park-and-ride, transportation centers, and the OC streetcar base, maintenance storage facility, and platforms; on an as-needed basis. Contractor shall furnish all labor, materials, tools, equipment, and supervision necessary to properly complete the required work. 1.2.Concrete sealant application is necessary to protect concrete surfaces from water infiltration, chemical damage, and wear, thereby prolonging the service life of the concrete structures. Work shall include, but is not limited to: 1.2.1. Surface preparation (cleaning, crack filling, patching as required). 1.2.2. Supply and delivery of approved concrete sealant. 1.2.3. Application of concrete sealant by spray, roller, or brush as appropriate. 1.2.4. Cleanup and proper disposal of waste materials.
