The University of Houston-Clear Lake is seeking a food service provider that can offer the following: • Protein shakes • Fresh smoothies • Healthy coffee/tea drinks • Nutritious sandwiches, and wraps • Grab-and-go snack options; Note: Per university contract, only Coca-Cola products may be sold for branded beverages and bottled items. 6.2 SERVICES TO BE PERFORMED: The vendor space includes: • Dedicated, Galley Style Service Area with Under Counter Cabinet Storage; • Three-Compartment Sink (back of house); A sink with three separate basins used for washing, rinsing, and sanitizing dishes and utensils. • Two Small Handwashing Sinks (front of house) • Countertop Refrigerated Cooler (front of house) • Commercial Ice Maker (back of house) • Two Under Counter Refrigerators (front of house): • Vendor must provide all additional equipment necessary for food service and operations (ex: displays, point of sale system, additional coolers, blenders, etc.). • The space is NOT set up (and cannot be renovated) to cook or fry foods.
