Contractor shall provide as-needed on-call, on-site American Sign Language (ASL) interpretation services to San Diego County Psychiatric Hospital (SDCPH) and Edgemoor Distinct Part Skilled Nursing Facility (DPSNF). The County reserves the right to add or delete locations as needed throughout the term of the contract. These services shall include, but not be limited to, interpreting and translation services in American Sign Language (ASL) and tactile communication. In some cases, interpretation services may require the use of trilingual interpreters who facilitate communication among a deaf or hard of hearing individual, an English speaker, and a speaker of another language. These services shall be readily available 24/7.
