TDA is seeking a proposal(s) from respondents experienced in providing turnkey retail services in a fast-paced environment for the operation of GO TEXAN (GT) Popup Stores at events around the State of Texas. Services to be provided by the selected Successful Respondent(s) (Contractors) include, but are not limited to: inventory receiving, stocking, hiring and supervising qualified, professional store staff, operating cash registers, online sales tracking, accounting, distribution of revenues, and effectively communicating with GT partners that supply inventory for sale in the GT Popup Store they are managing. Successful Respondent is expected to provide exemplary customer service to meet the needs and expectations of our GT partners and constituents. Successful Respondent will be required to provide TDA with the deliverables as specified in this RFP and as agreed upon under any contract(s) resulting from this solicitation. TDA will oversee all performances as further described in this Statement of Work (SOW). Qualified Respondents may provide cost proposals for one or more specific events across the State of Texas, including, but not limited to, the 2026 Fort Worth Stock Show and Rodeo, 2026 Rodeo Austin, and 2026 Houston Livestock Show & Rodeo. These events are not guaranteed.
