Maintenance and Repairs. The Bidders shall perform all equipment maintenance and repairs in a manner that keeps the facilities and the associated equipment clean, serviceable, and operating free of odors and health and safety hazards. The Bidders shall perform routine maintenance including, but not limited to: i. Troubleshooting and adjustments of equipment. ii. Replacement of blower air filters, belts, and gear case oil, in accordance with manufacturer recommendations. iii. Cleaning of air diffusers, in accordance with manufacturer recommendations. iv. Lubrication of pumps, motors, and other wear points, in accordance with manufacturer recommendations. v. Skimming and cleaning of scum baffles, weirs, troughs, and weir boxes, as necessary; vi. Cleaning of tanks and other equipment, including the bottom and sidewalls of the clarifier, chlorine contact and equalization tanks, as necessary;
