1. The Colorado State Patrol Aircraft Unit is seeking to secure a multi-year agreement for Flight Training. The Flight training provider shall meet the following requirements: a. Training facility shall provide full-motion simulator (level D) training, including initial training and recurrent training on the Pilatus PC-12 NG with Honeywell Primus Apex avionics, and/or: b. Training facility shall provide full-motion simulator (level D) training, including initial training and recurrent training on the King Air 200 with Garmin G-1000 avionics. c. There must be a minimum of 4 pilot training slots available for the PC-12 in October of 2026. d. There must be a minimum of 4 pilot training slots available for the King Air in March of 2026 and 2027. e. Distance from Denver, CO, will be no more than 600 driving miles. 2. Proposals will be evaluated based on the above requirements as well as the pricing provided for initial and recurrent training. 3. All secured training slots shall be interchangeable as needed between the Pilatus PC-12 and the King Air 200.
