To obtain data telecommunications services which will provide connectivity to State locations served by a State data aggregation facility. The services provided under this purchase order shall be maintained in such a manner as to ensure they are highly available and PO Contractor response time and service availability are essential elements of this PORFP. PO Contractor shall maintain end-to-end network availability at a 99.7% uptime for each installed circuit. Additionally, the PO Contractor shall provide maintenance support to the locations specified in this PORFP on a 24x7x365 basis. Failure to satisfy Master Contract service provisioning, service availability, and service restoration requirements shall subject the PO Contractor to liquidated damages .
