A. Challenge & Reach Academy 1. The Work for the Challenge & Reach Academy shall consist of selective demolition; toilet and stair renovation; and all repairs outlined in the Contract Documents. B. Gerard Creamer Center 1. The Work for the Gerard Creamer Center shall consist of selective demolition, toilet and stair renovation; new doors and door frames; and all repairs outlined in the Contract Documents. C. Lincoln Elementary School 1. The Work for the Lincoln Elementary School consist of selective demolition; steel framing; modification of existing roof; new ceilings and wall partitions; new elevator; new FP, plumbing, HVAC, and electrical; site work; and all repairs outlined in the Contract Documents. D. Thorndyke Road Elementary School 1. The Work for the Thorndyke Road Elementary School consist of selective demolition; steel framing; modification of existing roof; new ceilings and wall partitions; new elevator; new FP, plumbing, HVAC, and electrical; site work; and all repairs outlined in the Contract Documents.
