A. Pumping: 1) Pump out the enƟre contents of the 1,500-gallon grease interceptor tank. 2) Pump out all contents of the 55-gallon grease tank. B. Cleaning: 1) Pressure wash the interior walls and floor of the 1,500-gallon tank (minimum 140°F water) to remove all grease and debris. 2) Vacuum pump all residue generated during cleaning. 3) Hydro-jet the inlet and ouƞlow pipes of the 1,500-gallon tank to ensure unobstructed flow. C. Disposal: 1) Transport and dispose of all waste at a licensed facility per 3 CCR 1180.20 et seq. (Title 3. Division 2. Chapter 4. Subchapter 2. ArƟcle 42). 2) Provide a waste disposal manifest to the CM before deparƟng the site, including: Date and Ɵme of disposal. Volume and weight of yellow grease and brown grease disposed. Name, address, and permit number of the receiving facility. CerƟficaƟon that disposal complies with CalEPA and local FOG regulaƟons. 3) Provide a proof of proper disposal with signatures of the contractor’s representaƟve and the receiving facility’s authorized representaƟve by email to the CM within 7 business days from the date of service.
