This project consists of the construction of a new essential service Helitack base on state property including aircraft hangar with foam suppression system capable of enclosing a multi-blade helicopter, warehouse/shop building, a garage to enclose support vehicles, a 26-bed barracks building, a helicopter training tower, two helipads, grading and drainage, above ground vehicle fuel tanks, above ground Jet-A fuel tank and remote dispensing system, water tank and fire suppression pump system, asphalt paving, sidewalks, curbs, wash rack, flammable storage, landscaping, lighting, solar power (PV carports), fencing, water, electrical power including emergency generator, LPG/natural gas, telephone cabling/installation, radio cabling/installation and associated appurtenances. Provide and perform all the required material testing services including but not limited to the requirements included in the design drawings and specifications. The project elements include the following: i. An aircraft hangar capable of enclosing a multi-blade helicopter ii. a warehouse/shop building iii. a garage to enclose support vehicles iv.
