The selected vendor will provide comprehensive Technology On-site Support and Management Services, including but not limited to: Network Management • Monitoring, set-up, providing staff and student device support, phone and camera support, facility security access, and other day-to-day information technology needs, maintenance, and optimization of the district’s network infrastructure.
