Louisville Metro Government (LMG) is seeking proposals from qualified suppliers for the multi-year procurement of voluntary Renewable Energy Certificates (RECs) to support the city’s goal of achieving 100% clean electricity for municipal operations by 2030. This procurement will help offset the electricity consumption of municipal operations and support the advancement of clean energy projects, jobs, and their associated positive impacts in Kentucky. Louisville Metro Government, through its Mayor’s Office of Sustainability and Department of Facilities and Fleet (“Metro”), will evaluate proposals based on the listed evaluation criteria to select a single contractor or multiple suppliers (“Selected Supplier(s)”) to assist in procuring RECs.
