SCOPE OF WORK: Interior Upgrades: Installation of laminate flooring throughout the 1,073 sq. ft. space. 1) Installation of five (5) mini-split air conditioning units: Four (4) units at 1-ton capacity each & One (1) unit at 2- ton capacity; 2) Updated lighting in two rooms; 3) Installation of (2) doors for two rooms. 4) Installation of kitchenet (cabinets and laminate countertop), to two different areas with existing sink on each area. 5) Vendor will provide all materials and equipment to complete project, all type of materials/equipment used will be approved by the Health Department. Exterior Upgrades: 5) Construction of a concrete slab designated for outdoor activities : 15ft x 15 ft. 6) Installation of a ground-mounted canopy structure over the slab, see picture as ATTACHMENT A
