In general, the nature of the improvements will consist of construction of new hot-mix asphalt (HMA) pickleball courts with acrylic color system, striping, and all incidental and collateral work necessary to complete the project as described in the construction documents. This project is to be completed in conjunction with the Sunnyside Park Pickleball Court Fencing project. HMA surface to be constructed following the installation of fence posts. Chain link fabric, pedestrian gate, horizontal rails, and acoustic treatment sound barrier to be installed after HMA surfacing has been completed. Coordination with the Village and fencing contractor required for scheduling construction operations at a combined pre-construction meeting. Project shall be substantially completed by September 12, 2025 with final completion by September 26, 2025.
