Please note: This is a Sole Source Notification. The State intends to make a noncompetitive purchase for a vendor who has experience as a third-party administrator in claims processing and supporting services for the North Dakota Colorectal Cancer Screening Initiative (CRCSI). The Intended Source must have supporting services, processes, and forms in place for the standardization and efficiency as a third-party administrator in claims processing. The third-party administrator is responsible to reimburse providers for claims of which $70,000 is available. The claims are reimbursed based on the allowable rate per the Current Procedure Terminology (CPT) codes related to the colorectal cancer screening program services. The third-party administrator is not responsible to determine eligibility requirements of the colorectal cancer screening program. It is estimated that 3,000 claims may be processed. The third-party administrator would be paid an administrative fee based on the number of claims processed. The amount available for claims processing is $32,500.
