SERVICES FOR COMMERCIAL DEEP CLEANING, INCLUDED BUT NOT LIMITED TO: • Wash and sanitize all surfaces, including but not limited to cutting boards, reach-in, line, • prep tables; • Clean the fryers; • Brush and clean the grill; • Clean out grease traps and sanitize traps; • Empty, wash, and sanitize reach-in coolers; • De-lime sinks and faucets; • Clean and sanitize behind the oven(s), stove(s), and fryer(s) to cut down on grease • build up; • Clean and sanitize freezer(s); • Empty, clean, and sanitize the ice machine(s); • Empty, clean, and sanitize steam table(s); • Using the specific oven manufacturer’s cleaning instruction manual, clean and • sanitize the oven(s); • Use drain cleaners on floor drains; • Clean walls and ceilings; • Wipe down the dry storage area; • Clean and sanitize walk-in refrigerator(s); • Clean and sanitize dining area tables, seats, and benches; • Disinfect waste disposal area to prevent pests and the spread of bacteria: mop floors • around trash cans, and wash the exterior and interior of each trash can; and • Clean and/or dust air ducts that lead into any part of the business.
