The Contractor shall provide Equipment and Appliance Maintenance, Service and Repair for commercial food service equipment located the DOR BEP cafeterias, snack bars, and vending facilities. Contractor to perform maintenance, service and repair as needed on a wide variety of electric and/or gas commercial kitchen equipment, such as, ranges, food warmers, microwave ovens, ovens, dishwashing machines, steamers, toasters, griddles, charbroilers, fryers and deep fryers, etc. Services to include but not limited to, replacing faulty parts, diagnose and troubleshooting, programming equipment settings following equipment manufacture’s manuals. Does not include repairs of refrigeration units. Timely services must be provided to ensure the BEP vendor has limited interruption of business operations. At the request of the Contract Administrator/designee, the contractor shall evaluate the equipment in need of repair ad provide service recommendations should equipment need duplicate repairs in less than a three (3) month time frame. This can include photos or written descriptions justifying repeated services.
