8. The Contractor shall provide a Preventative Maintenance Program (PMP) consisting of the following services but may also be requested to provide additional services as outlined in the manual for the air-cooled water chiller and cold box units: A. Thorough inspections of all wear points. B. Identify units in need of repair. C. Itemize parts in need of replacement. D. Provide machine adjustments to correct deficiencies. E. Inspect all lubrication points. F. Inspect all fittings and hoses; replace if necessary. G. Check for and correct all loose mechanical and electrical connections. H. Review operating and maintenance procedures, recommending correction as needed. I. Review spare parts inventory, recommending changes as needed. J. Review all safety systems on the machine. K. Remain onsite for four (4) hours after completing PMP or repairs for production monitoring of machine.
