The Day Reporting Center will be a multi-disciplinary program with services that target individual dynamic and criminogenic factors such as substance abuse, employment, education, anti-social peer associations, problem-solving, and self-control, while assisting participants’ reentry into their respective communities and family systems. CONTRACTOR shall outline the length and services provided. Services will include: 5.3.1 Orientation and Assessment 5.3.2 Individualized Case Plan 5.3.3 Daily Check-In at the DRC 5.3.4 Breathalyzer Testing for alcohol use 5.3.5 Urinalysis Testing for Drug Use 5.3.6 Substance Abuse Education and Treatment 5.3.7 Anger Management 5.3.8 Cognitive and Life Skills Development 5.3.9 Parenting and Family Reintegration 5.3.10 Educational Services / GED Assistance 5.3.11 Budgeting and Money Management 5.3.12 Job Skills Training/ Placement 5.3.13 Parenting Skills 5.3.14 Referral to other appropriate agencies as needed (i.e., SSI application, Driver’s License or California Identification Card, General Assistance, etc.) 5.3.15 Discharge Planning 5.3.16 Aftercare
