• Design Development o Review branding standards and content provided by City o One (1) virtual meeting with City to kickoff project o Create preliminary signage location plans o Develop two (2) conceptual directions including representative sketches of each sign type for review by City o One (1) schematic design presentation to City o Complete revisions based on direction and feedback provided by City during presentation and prepare design drawings for final presentation and City approval. o Develop preliminary construction notes and specifications o One (1) design development presentation to City for final approval • Contract Documentation o Complete documentation/specifications detailing the following for implementation: Elevations, locations, sections, details, layouts, dimensions Quantities of elements per location and total quantities Fabrication and installation details Necessary prototypes and testing o Finalize signage location plans o Finalize artwork and provide digital files o Participate in up to two (2) meetings as needed o Develop full-size mockups o Bid summary for pricing and project schedule from fabricator
