The purpose of this Bid Solicitation is to solicit Quotes for Mental Health Evaluations and Risk Assessments of State Inmates being considered for parole. The Contractor is tasked with providing mental health evaluations and risk assessments for inmates eligible for parole supervision. The scope includes scheduling, performing, and submitting these evaluations while adhering to specific procedures, licensing requirements, and confidentiality standards. Additionally, the Contractor is responsible for managing a team of licensed mental health professionals, maintaining a Quality Control Process, and adhering to protocols for informed consent, confidentiality, and facility access. The project requires compliance with N.J.S.A.30:4-123.52(d), (e); N.J.S.A. 30:4-123.54(b)1; N.J.S.A. 30:4-123.55(a); N.J.A.C.10A:71-3.7(f), (h), (k); N.J.A.C.10A:71-3.11(b)13; and N.J.A.C.10A:71-3.11(b)23 as well as guidelines, and operational procedures for parole evaluations, including regular reporting and Background Checks for personnel.
