The Texas Historical Commission seeks a general contractor firm that has documented experience with projects of the type, scale and scope described in this RFP. Contractor must meet minimum qualifications have a MINIMUM of 8 years’ experience in construction similar to the type of work required by these Contract Documents (as judged by THC) to be eligible for contract award. THC requires all work to comply with all applicable Federal and State laws, codes, and standards. The project will include, but not be limited to, structural stabilization and repair of a single-story adobe structure of approximately 5,000 square feet, including repairs to adobe, stucco, plaster, roofing, and wood windows and doors. The scope of work is described more completely in Exhibit M – Construction Documents.
