1. Overall building dimensions shall be 60’ wide x 100’ long. Building shall have: a) Gabled Roof, 4:12 roof pitch on both sides b) Open web tapered columns c) Eave height of 16’ 2. Building will have a front-end wall porch that measures 60’ wide x 16’ high with a depth of 14’ and a roof pitch of 4:12. A parking pad will be added under the porch using compacted ¾" minus gravel. 3. Building will have a total of eight (8) steel overhead doors. Four (4) doors, each measuring 16 feet wide by 14 feet high, will be installed - two on each long side of the building - aligned directly across from one another to provide drive-through access. Four (4) additional doors, each measuring 12 feet wide by 14 feet high, will be installed on one end wall to allow separate access for vehicles or equipment. Overhead doors will have manual pull-chain operation. If not supplied with the building kit, overhead doors shall be sourced and procured by the Contractor.
