White T-Shirt Material **This is a one-time delivery.** Width: 18 inches Pantone Color No. 11-0601 TC Jersey is to be 50% polyester fabric and 50% cotton fiber blending (yarn +/- 5%). Weight: 4.3 to 4.5 oz. per yard Jersey knitting machines to finish at 38 to 43 C.P.I. and 30 to 36 W.P.I. for main body and sleeve fabric. Fabric must be within 1/2" (+/-) tolerance of fabric width ordered. First quality goods only, no cut pieces. Roll to be one continuous piece. *** NOTE: Material is to be put on rolls with the "wrong" side of the fabric facing outward. *** All material to be shrink-wrapped, labeled, and palletized. When palletized, all labels on rolls of fabric should be facing outward, with visible-to-read size, weight, etc. Rolls are to be wrapped in heavy-duty plastic sheeting and packaged securely to prevent soiling and damage during shipment. Fabric is to be finished on rolls that weigh approximately 40 lbs. each. Finish: The fabric is to be calendared and heat set for maximum dimensional stability. Starch and protein content shall not exceed three percent (3%). A shrinkage control treatment or process shall have been used in finishing the fabric to control garment shrinkage. Shrinkage not to exceed five percent (5%) in length and width under the following conditions in institutional laundry: * Average Water Temperature: 120 – 160 degrees Fahrenheit * Average Dryer Temperature: Not to exceed 200 degrees Fahrenheit Color Fastness: To lights (Carbon - ABC Type – Padometer).
