This contractor may need to deliver the following projects and services as requested by History Colorado: ● Regular security updates, maintenance, accessibility compliance and upgrades, and back-ups for the www.historycolorado.org and www.coloradoencyclopedia.org websites. Specifically: o Monitor the Drupal Security team announcements o Apply security updates to Drupal core and/or contributed modules to stay up to date with the latest stable releases o Provide at least bi-weekly back-ups for the websites o Maintain accessibility compliance with all websites according the Colorado House Bill 21-1110 ● Web hosting services on AWS (Amazon Web Services) ● The completion of special projects, including but not limited to: o Address developer level accessibility issues as identified through the History Colorado manual testing process on ColoradoEncyclopedia.org o Design and develop 2-3 new internal page templates including organization, tagging and new features if necessary on HistoryColorado.org ▪ Restructure “ Venue” pages to improve user experience and prioritize ticket sales ▪ Landing page template with core content cards and buttons ▪ Individual story pages for The Colorado Magazine (historycolorado.org/story/(article name) o Build History Colorado Center venue rentals page(s) ▪ Special attention to SEO enhancements, key word inclusion and accessibility considerations...
